Shipping
Short version: we ship from China, delivery takes 5–20 business days depending on your country, and shipping is free everywhere. Duties are prepaid on US orders; elsewhere customs may charge you on delivery.
Where your order ships from
Our products are made and dispatched from China. We say this up front because it is the single thing that most affects how long you wait — and we would rather you know before you order than wonder afterwards.
How long delivery takes
It depends where you are. United States 7–20 business days · United Kingdom 5–15 · Australia 7–18 · Canada 7–20 · China 2–5. Most orders land toward the middle of their range. Customs processing is the part that varies, and it is the part nobody can promise a date on.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Shipping cost
Free on every order, everywhere we ship. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Duties and taxes
United States: already included. Import duties are paid by us before the parcel reaches you (carriers call this Delivered Duty Paid), so you will not be asked for anything on delivery. If someone asks you for money to release a US-bound Allon package, that is not us — email us and we will sort it out.
Everywhere else: import duties are not included. Customs in your country may charge you when the parcel is delivered. The amount is set by customs, not by us, so we cannot quote it in advance — and unlike the US case above, a courier asking you for it is legitimate.
We would rather say this plainly than let you find out from a courier at your door.
